I've been a pharmacist in Canada for over 15 years. In that time, I've stood the counter through thousands of conversations - some quick, some life-changing, many in between.
And something along the way, I noticed something was missing in healthcare.
People weren't struggling because help did not exist. They were struggling because access felt distant, rushed, or complicated.
So I built something different.
